Returns & Exchanges Information

To start a return, you need to contact us at the contact us page or directly email info@hauschenhome.us, with reasons to return and picture proof of the item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please contact us for any exchange need before ship back your item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you after 1-3 processing days we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it usually takes 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Thanks for your patience!

Late or missing refunds
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
